Born and raised in Kibera, Joshua faced various health challenges caused by food poisoning. After losing his father of diabetes and experiencing his friends also suffering from various chronic infections such as cholera outbreak, he made it his mission to one day find a solution that would help solve issues related to food poisoning. start a business that would offer health food options.
Joshua started nutrition palace, a restaurant that offers nutritious and healthy food options and outside catering services. He plans to establish it as a standard restaurant that offers better food at affordable prices.
